About FitBox Samples

FitBox is a new concept in sports nutrition discovery. The idea for FitBox began when I was searching for the best race-day nutrition for my personal tastes and needs. The variety of sports nutrition products on the market was overwhelming, and I wasted a lot of time choosing the best products based on trial and error.

Most people, including myself, end up trying a wide variety of products before finding the right nutritional profile and flavor to meet their personal tastes. This process can be expensive and time consuming, and most people are simply unaware of quality brands not available in their local market. This is how FitBox was born!

Q: Can I purchase a FitBox Samples subscription for someone else as a gift?

Q: When will my invitation arrive to join FitBox?
A: We are send invitations as quickly as possible, but due to positive demand can only accept a certain number of new members each day. You should receive your invitation in a few days, please be patient. Hint: You don’t need an invitation to purchase our Deluxe Edition

Q: How many product samples are included inside my FitBox
A: The exact number of items varies each month, but our monthly mailer  includes 7-9 items, with a retail value of roughly $20, while our Deluxe Edition includes over 20-25 items!

Q: What brands and types of samples are included inside my FitBox?
A: Each FitBox includes a variety of Brands, as well as a variety of product types such as recovery drinks, nutrition bars, hydration aides, vitamins, protein supplements, and more. Brands change each month.

Q: Can I choose the products/brands I want to receive?
A: Variety is the spice of life! You cannot choose the specific samples you wish to receive, since that defeats the purpose of the FitBox. Take a chance, you’ll thank us!

Q: How can I suggest a product for FitBox?
A: We love to hear ideas from our members! Please contact us below for suggestions.

Q: How and when is my FitBox delivered?
A: We deliver via USPS Priority mail for fastest possible delivery, and monthly mailers arrive around the 15th of each month. Delivery service does not require a signature.

Q: What happens if my FitBox does not arrive?
A: Please contact customer support (using the form below) for delivery issues, and we’ll do our best to solve the problem.

Q: What if I want to purchase larger quantities of a product I like?
A: Please support the products you love, and your local retailers! Please purchase your favorite products locally, or online at the product’s website. We love our product providers – show your support!
